Group Classes

We offer a variety of classes to help you understand and communicate more effectively with your pups. Our Basic Obedience Class is perfect for dogs of all breeds ages 9 months and older. This class focuses on building a strong foundation of obedience (sit, down, stay, recall, and loose leash walking, etc). Additionally, we will work with each individual class to address any undesirable behaviors such as jumping, barking, and digging. Dogs are required to be on a leash at all times attached to a flat collar or a harness. For those with puppies, we also offer a specialized Puppy Training Class. This class is designed for puppies up to 8 months old to teach basic obedience skills, proper socialization, desensitization to handling, and address puppy specific issues like potty training and mouthing. We use positive reinforcement techniques to create a fun and engaging atmosphere where puppies can learn, grow, and socialize. One-On-One Training

Some training goals do not align with our group classes, so we also offer one-on-one training sessions. These are typically held at our Sanford location, however, they can also be held in your home or a dog friendly location near you for an additional fee. One-on-one sessions allow us to focus solely on you and your dog, working only on the obedience skills and behavior modification that will improve your life, your dog’s life, and strengthen your bond.

Various Boarding Options

Due to work schedules, travel, severe behavior problems, etc, it’s not always possible for you to be as involved with training as you would like. Our various boarding options are designed to fit your needs and pickup/drop-off can also be arranged for an additional fee. We have four custom built anxiety proofed boarding suites of various sizes (two 4x6 feet, one 4x8 feet, and one 4x11 feet) for your pup(s) to call home. Their daily schedule will mirror their day-to-day routine as closely as possible to ease the transition as well as having their bed and/or crate, food and water bowls, and even a few of their favorite toys from home to personalize their suite. On top of frequent bathroom breaks, exercise, playtime, mental enrichment, and lots of attention/snuggles, make it easier being away from home. With over an acre fenced in for off-leash exploration, and four additional acres to explore on long lines, your pups will never be bored during their stay!

Board & Train: For the allotted time your dog will come and stay in our boarding facility. Daily, they will receive a minim of 3 hours of one-on-one training (both on and off of our property) on top of exercise, mental enrichment, and snuggles. You will receive one free training session per week boarded with us to ease the transition back into your home and ensure that the new skills and behavior are incorporated into your your life as seamlessly as possible.

Board & Brush-Up: While you are away, your dog will come and stay in one of our boarding suites. They will have a minimum of 3 hours outside of their suites each day broken up to customize their free time to their unique needs and schedule. While they’re out and about, we will Brush-Up on their obedience skills and good manners.

Pricing

  • $350 - 7 weeks

    Group Classes are ideal for puppies and social adult dogs. Each class has a general focus but is customized to the students enrolled in it.

  • $80 per hour at our Sanford location

    $100 per hour off-site

    Private training sessions are recommended for puppies too young to enroll in a group class, multi-dog households, families who could benefit from more time than group classes allow for, and reactive or aggressive dogs.

  • Pricing below is and qualification for a board & train is entirely dependent on your pups needs and your training goals. ALL Board & Train programs require a consultation prior to booking.

    2 weeks / on leash obedience training, basic manners, puppy training

    3 weeks / start of off leash training, some reactivity, socialization

    • $2520

    Off-leash training, severe reactivity, task or situation specific obedience skills

    • 3-4 weeks and pricing varies

    All board & train programs include a 6 follow up lessons or 6 months guarantee

  • Pickup and drop off can be arranged for all of our boarding services for an additional fee of $0.50 per mile
